Residents are very welcome to take advantage of the great range of Community Centre activities. These are usually held in-house by like-minded souls who enjoy the social aspect and participation.
Some of the regular activities are: Book Club, Painting, Craft, Line Dancing, Water Aerobics, Carpet Bowls, Mixed Pool, Card and Games night, Darts and Happy Hour, Movie nights.
Another regular favourite is the bi-weekly Coffee Mornings with homemade cakes, delicious cappuccinos, and plenty of chat.
If that is not enough, College Park is very lucky to have a dynamic and active Social Club, comprising a committee of residents who volunteer their time and skills in creating a calendar with a variety of events such as bus trips, quiz nights and much more.
They also find any excuse to have a social event, making full use of the dedicated College Park Community Centre preparing wonderful meals in our professional kitchens. Attending these events is a wonderful way to get to know your fellow residents.
Private functions can also be held with all areas available to be booked for that special occasion or event that requires a larger space - all part of the benefit of being a College Park resident.
The Community Centre is yours to enjoy.
When you purchase a home at College Park, you are not just buying a home, you are buying a lifestyle ...
This lifestyle includes the Community Centre, Pool and Spa. Each owner through a Survey Strata owns the common property. An elected Council of Owners is guided and governed by the Strata Titles Act 1985 along with the College Park Management Plan.
The Council of Owners chose to engage a Strata Management Company to assist in the facilitating of College Park affairs. The election of the Council takes place annually via the AGM. There are quarterly strata levies covering the costs of running and upkeep of the common property and its facilities.
As College Park is self-governed by the owners there are no management exit fees on resale. All owners are responsible for their individual properties and payment of their council rates, insurances, utilities, maintenance and levies.
Along with a healthy Reserve Fund, College Park’s future is well taken care of
